Managing Director at EVRY One Outsourcing Services AB
May 2012 – January 2014
EVRY One Outsourcing Services AB is an affiliate company to EVRY AS. Turnover is 85MSEK and the profit margin increasing (see details on allabolag.se). Main business is IT Outsourcing of mission critical applications, such as IFS Applications. Services are provided to over 40 large companies with HQ in the Nordics. Customer satisfaction increasing over the last two years and is 2013 82. Important organizational capabilities are systematic methods for: Increased efficiency, Development of new services and Empowerment of people. Important partner is IFS. Employee satisfaction is over the period developed from 70 (2011) to respectively 77 (2012) and 84 (2013).
Business Area Manager at Combitech AB
November 2009 – April 2012
The area employs 40 systems engineering consultants. These consultants are provided to customers in the region of Östergötland, Sweden. The task includes management of Reality Labs (see below).

Reality Labs offer capability to perform early project phases such as pre-studies or prototype development. The aim is to help customers make effective investment decisions. We provide competence and products that makes systems and service available to users, mobile and easy-to-use. The concept is based on our integration with our owner Saab AB and specifically the Aeronautics business area. Our owner seek to transfer knowledge to the external market. Manager Designhuset at Combitech AB
November 2009 – February 2011
Designhuset is a systems engineering organization designed to organize up to 75 systems engineering consultants. My task was to develop and establish Designhuset. At February 2011 there were 30 consultants. Designhuset is a supplier of functional development projects for Saab Aeronautics. The task was handled parallel to management of the Business Area mentioned above.
Deputy Project Manager Gripen 11 at Saab Aeronautics
April 2008 – November 2009
The project manages development and deliveries of all Gripen C/D versions until 2014. The scope includes the complete Gripen Weapon System including all included systems and tools. Estimated budget is low 2 Billion SEK. At its peak the project will manage approximately 8-900 employees. My task was to manage the projectification including Organization, Governance model, etc..
Project Manager Skeldar at Saab Aeronautics
October 2007 – June 2008 (9 months)
My task was to restart the project. The goal was to complete prototype development and achieve first flight. The goal was achieved during the spring of 2010. The budget was 45 Million SEK. At closure 10 Millions SEK were saved and returned to programme management.
Project Manager Gripen Functional Development at Saab Aeronautics
September 2005 – November 2007
The project was a multiproject managing functional development for Gripen C/D versions during the period. The project included development, purchasing, manufacturing, integrated logistics support and flight tests. Deliveries were made to customers Hungary, Czech Republic, South Africa and Sweden. Since it was a continuous multiproject that was created by me it was handed over in November, 2007. At the peak the project managed over 400 employees. The project was at hand-over on schedule. The budget was 1 billion SEK. The estimate to completion was 100 MSEK below budget so expected savings were approximately almost 100 MSEK.

August 2004 – December 2005
The project included all software development for Gripen C/D versions during the period. Deliveries were made to customers Hungary, Czech Republic, South Africa and Sweden. Budget was approximately 50 Million Swedish crowns. At peak the project managed approximately 100 employees. The project was closed 10% below budget.
Manager Integrating Systems Software at Saab Aerosystems
November 2002 – April 2005
The department was responsible for the Gripen C/D Systems Computer. The responsibility included software development for Integrating Systems Software together with overall responsibility for the systems computer. The responsibility included also responsibility for the equivalent systems with in Tactical Mission System (TMS, Helicopter 14). In November 2002 the task was achieved by 49 employees. In April 2006 the improvement efforts had led to that the same task was achieved by 32 employees.

I was one out of two participants from Saab AB. PMEX is an advanced executive master’s programme, to develop managers for agile and capable project intensive organizations. PMEX highlights the building of dynamic capabilities, where the management of innovation, knowledge and strategic change are companion to advanced strategic project management. On an individual level, PMEX is an advanced training programme. On a group level, PMEX provides an arena for creative exchange. On a company level, PMEX is a long-term partnership for developing leaders, organizational mindsets and dynamic capabilities in project intensive organizations.
